研究情况
主要从事新型高性能热电材料的设计与合成、电子与声子输运的调控、以及新型无序和塑性半导体材料的探索开发等研究工作。在Nat. Commun. (3)、Sci Adv.、Adv. Mater. (3)、Joule、Energy Environ. Sci. (3)等期刊发表论文80余篇;申请发明专利7项,授权3项;获第37届国际热电学会Goldsmid Award和热电分会2024年度优秀青年科学家奖;担任Energy Materials and Devices和Rare Metals期刊青年编委;主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年、面上、青年基金、上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划等项目。
