研究情况
针对单晶涡轮叶片定向凝固制备工艺的本征属性,与所在团队一起发明了基底诱导单晶叶片定向凝固工艺和固-液界面稳恒推进定向凝固工艺,并成功开发了拥有自主知识产权的智能HRS定向凝固设备,该工艺和设备在某型单晶涡轮叶片试制中获得显著的成效。目前主持自然科学基金面上项目一项、重点企业技术培育项目3项,均为单晶涡轮叶片制备技术;参与国家项目和企业项目若干项。已结题国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、两机专项子课题一项、外省市科技创新项目两项。
